Four years ago my computer broke.

Fist my files disappeared, then blue screen of death appeared. PC Hero turned a
nightmare into just a blip on the screen! The data recovery was flat rate, not
like another place I called and they wanted to be paid by the byte! They
estimated the cost at $800! ,,,, PC HERO recovered everything for under $200. Do
the math! They fixed the laptop, too. Now it blazes! Just blazes!
They
have a business model there they keep their costs down, and they pass those
savings on to their clients. I did somemore comparing after I saw the differece
in price for data recovery.
For most other jobs like PC repair, security,
antivirus, networking, wireless and a bunch of other techie stuff PC HERO not
only comes to YOUR place, but they charge about half to one-third of almost
every place I called. PC HERO charges $40 to $65 per hour for most jobs, while
everyone else charges $85 to $165! .. Do the math!
And they are good! And
when he knocked off $20 bucks of the price cause he said he "..got here a half
hour early." "... can't charge for that," he told me. Hey, I said they are good.
Now I am a repeat customer. I wonder what my next treat will be. Hmm.. maybe I
will go tweak with my wireless ... if it is still giving me trouble I'll give PC
Hero a call and tell them to come early if they want! They even helped me over
the phone for free! OK .. it was a minor issue over the phone, but still.
